Terms and Conditions

1. Use of Website

By accessing and using nexodigital.studio, you agree to these terms and conditions. The website is operated by Nexo Digital as an independent freelancer. It is prohibited to use this site for illegal purposes, to distribute malware or to extract data through automated scraping.

2. Development Services

Web development, e-commerce, SaaS, eLearning and mobile app services are provided under individual contracts signed with each client. Specific conditions (scope, price, timelines, guarantees) are detailed in the corresponding service contract, which takes precedence over these general terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and payment of the project, the client receives all rights to the code developed specifically for their project. Nexo Digital retains the right to mention the project in its portfolio unless an explicit confidentiality agreement is in place. Third-party tools, frameworks and libraries used retain their original licenses.

4. Payments and Billing

Payments are made according to the milestones agreed in the contract. The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has begun. Payment delays may suspend project progress. Bank transfers, PayPal, Wise and previously agreed methods are accepted.

5. Warranties and Support

All projects include 30 days of post-launch support for correcting errors directly attributable to development. This does not cover errors caused by client modifications, third-party updates or system misuse. Extended support is quoted separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nexo Digital shall not be liable for business losses, revenue or data derived from the use or inability to use the delivered products, beyond the amount paid for the project. Maximum liability is equivalent to the total contract amount.

7. Confidentiality

I commit to maintaining the confidentiality of client information. The client may request an NDA before sharing sensitive information.

8. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Modifications apply to new contracts, not to ongoing projects.
